WHEN AND HOW CAN I ORDER MY STUDENT'S PHOTOS? Students are provided with picture day order forms. You can complete and return the order form with your student on picture day OR you can order online (see the ORDER ONLINE tab under DS Schools). Pictures can be ordered online beginning 2-3 weeks prior to picture day for your school. If you are returning the picture order envelope, then that must be done on picture day. 

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY SCHOOL PICTURE ORDER? It will take approximately 3-4 weeks after your school's picture day for the picture packets to be delivered back to the school. The school will then distribute the picture packet to your student to bring home.

DO I HAVE TO ORDER A PACKAGE? You have the flexibility to order either a package or specialty items! Please feel free to order the packages or items that you want.

I FORGOT TO ORDER MY CHILD'S PICTURES, IS THERE STILL A WAY TO ORDER AFTER PICTURE DAY? Yes! We would be happy to help you with that order. Please click the SUPPORT tab and email us with the information so we can arrange for your order via phone. Please note that due to missing the order deadline that there will be a $15 fee added to the order to cover the separate processing and shipping required.

WHAT IS A CLASS COMPOSITE AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT? If your student ordered a package and is an elementary student then he/she will receive a class composite. The class composite is a collaged picture of each student in the classroom. Class composites are assembled AFTER retake day. Class composites are usually delivered to the school in November or December (depending on when the scheduled retake day is completed at your school).

WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE MY STUDENT TO HAVE A RETAKE? Each school will have a retake day scheduled about 4-6 weeks after the original picture day. The school will let the parents / students know when that day is scheduled for. Retakes are FREE!  Just return the original picture packet along with the retake insert that came with the original picture packet and the reason for the retake clearly marked on that insert.
